For the safety of our asthmatic patients, we ask that you do not use essential oils when coming into our clinic. It worsens the asthmatic symptoms.

Immunization Records:

Please remember: It is the Parent's responsibility to keep records of their children's vaccines. We can provide you with the vaccines administered in our clinic. We are not connected to the Oklahoma Immunization Records (OSIIS).
